Let’s face it, for a long time we have had way too much stuff we don’t really need, and have wasted a lot of it. Somewhere along the way we confused what we possess with who we are and lost touch with what is truly important. Just like our pioneers that realized they had to toss the china set and grandfather clock off the covered wagon in order to make it over the mountains on their journey west, we have been given the opportunity to reevaluate our priorities and rid ourselves of unnecessary things that are bogging us down.
In this blog, I share my tips to help people live more comfortably within a budget. Some tips will apply to you while others will not; as they say “take what you need and leave the rest”. Rather than making big changes, I offer a way to incorporate small changes into your lifestyle; it’s about changing your attitude and behaviors for better life-long habits, rather than a quick fix that you will abandon as soon as the economy improves. So let’s not waste time whining bout what we feel we have lost; let’s hit the reset button, and make a fresh start.
