About

In this blog, I share my tips to help people live more comfortably within a budget. Rather than making big changes, I offer a way to incorporate small changes into your lifestyle; it’s about changing your attitude and behaviors for better life-long habits, rather than a quick fix that you will abandon as soon as the economy improves.

I am a life-long advocate of living within your means and being a “good steward of the land” by conserving resources and reducing waste. My career has been dedicated to social justice; primarily through education, social services, and now research and policy. I have been fortunate to travel the globe to see the best and worst, and work to incorporate best practices in all aspects of my life.  I believe that profit and social responsibility can not only be compatible, but  symbiotic.

Like this blog? Let me know and spread the word! I welcome suggestions for posts that fit my theme and you can share your own tips in the comment section.

Remember, it is never too late to change; you can start your life over at any time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking the BBQ Brisket. It really is fabulously tasty even without the BBQ sauce! If you try it sometime, please let me know what you think of it.
